About the Byrd Theatre Foundation
In order to make certain the Byrd remains Richmond’s Grand Movie Palace for another 80 years and beyond, the Byrd Theatre Foundation, a not-for-profit 501© 3 entity, was formed and arranged to purchase the building.
To restore and preserve the Byrd while continuing to offer diverse educational, cultural, and entertainment opportunities to our community, we need your donations. Want to help?
On a budget, but still want to help? Buy one of our collector's books: Celebrating The Byrd Theatre
Proceeds help the preservation of the theatre, and they make great gifts, too! To buy one now, click (here)
